Beyond the Homestretch Book! Support LOPE & Get Your CopyVisit Book SiteWatch Book Trailer

The 2010 Show raised over $9,000 in support of LOPE! We would like to especially thank our generous arena sponsors (Austin Immediate Care, Don and Leah Ford), our show management sponsors (Lazy F Ponies, Trinity Hill Farm), the Texas Horse Enthusiasts Board, our volunteer judges, our concession group (the Texas State Equestrian Team), our many class sponsors and the overwhelming number of silent auction donors.

2010 Fourth-Annual LOPE Benefit Horse ShowSponsored by the Texas Horse Enthusiasts Forum Board

June 5, 2010  /  Hays County Civic Center  /  San Marcos, TX

Texas Horse Enthusiasts Forum Board members are sponsoring a benefit horse show for LOPE for the fourth straight year. It is a fun show for all levels of riders, and a great event for families. There are many types of classes for English and Western riders of all levels.

There will also be food, a garage sale of horse items, a silent auction and equine-related vendors at the show.

Last year over 100 horses participated in the show, which raised over $8,000 in support of LOPE. This year we're moving the show to an air-conditioned arena in San Marcos, TX.

Silent Auction

The show will also include a silent auction fundraiser for LOPE. If you have something of value you'd like to donate for the silent auction, please contact Judy Marchman. LOPE Is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, and all donations are tax deductible.

Sponsorship Opportunities

For just $15 per class, we'll announce your business at the start of the class and list it on our website. The LOPE show is very popular, so it's a great opportunity to get your business name in front of hundreds of horse people while helping LOPE at the same time.

Volunteers Needed

We could use some extra volunteers on the day of the show. If you would like to come help out, get in touch. It will be lots of fun, and you will be helping a great cause!
